Busylight is a hardware presence indicator designed to display a user’s availability status by connecting to communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Skype.

Unlike cloud services or SaaS platforms, Busylight does not store, process, or transmit customer data.

Because SOC 2 compliance is specifically intended for service organizations that manage sensitive customer information, it is not relevant to Busylight.
