Customer Service Thank you for shopping with compgiant.com. All purchases made through Computer Giant ("Compgiant.com") are subject to the below Sales Terms and Conditions. By purchasing from compgiant.com, you accept and agree to our complete Sales Terms and Conditions. Ordering,Pricing &Payment SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY Returns & Replacements Taxes Waranty Billing/ Shipping Errors Ordering & Payment Purchasing from compgiant.com is easy, and only takes a few minutes to do. You may purchase by phone or online. We offer three online checkout options for your shopping convenience: (i) PayPal checkout, (ii) checkout as a compgiant.com Registered User, (iii) checkout as a compgiant.com shopping Guest. You may choose whichever option best suits your needs. (i)PayPal To pay with PayPal, simply find your desired items and click “Add to Cart”. Once you’re ready to checkout, click on the yellow “Checkout with PayPal” button. From there, you will be re-directed to PayPal’s website, where you can checkout by using your PayPal account details. PayPal is its own separate entity, and its users are subject to both the PayPal Terms and Conditions in addition to those of compgiant.com. (ii) Checkout as a Compgiant.com Registered User In addition to PayPal, we accept Visa & Mastercard payments. You may pay for your order with a credit card, as a registered user or guest. Registered users have the convenience of creating an account with us, which makes shopping fast, safe, and easy. Registered users are required to submit standard billing and shipping information when first creating an account. This includes, but is not limited to: your name, address, email, phone number, and credit card details. (iii) Checkout as a Compgiant.com Guest User Guest users can also pay with a Visa or Master card. Guest users are subject to providing the same general information as registered users with the exception of creating an actual account with us. If you are a guest user, you will have to fill out your billing, shipping, and payment details each time you place an order with us. 2. PRICE We reserve the right to change our prices at anytime without warning. We cannot guarantee the prices for backordered products. In the event of a price change, we will notify you to confirm your acceptance of your modified order. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY A. U.S. Shipments – We always strive to ship your order in a timely manner. Once your order is placed, please allow 24-72 hours for the handling time before your package ships. Our standard handling time does not guarantee that your item will ship or arrive on a specific day. It is simply an estimate of the general processing time for all of our items. If you would like to inquire about the specific details of your order, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you. We currently offer a variety of shipping services through UPS, USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac. All shipping prices are configured during checkout, and may vary by weight, courier, and destination. Although you may choose your desired courier, we ultimately reserve the right to change it at our discretion. We only ship domestically (to the U.S. and its applicable territories). B. International Shipments - Compgiant.com does not offer international shipping at this time. Returns & Replacements We reserve the right to accept or decline returns at our sole discretion. Returns are only considered in the events listed below: -If you receive a defective product -If you receive a damaged product -Stock items, at our discretion -Billing / Shipping Errors In order to request a return, the purchaser must provide their account and order details and obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from compgiant.com. If compgiant.com issues an RMA, it will only be valid for 20 calendar days thereafter. The item must then be sent back to compgiant.com within that same 20-day time period following the guidelines below. All RMA’s must be visible on the address label of return packages, or compgiant.com has the right to refuse it and mark it as “Return to sender”. Purchasers must pay for all return shipping fees and are solely responsible if the item gets lost or damaged in transition. If You Receive a Defective Product In the rare event that you receive a defective product, you must contact us to request an RMA. Defective products are classified as items that are non-working or malfunctioning, that are still under the manufacturers or publishers warranty. You have up to 45 days from the date that the item was purchased to request an RMA for a defective product. Upon issuance of an RMA, purchaser must ship the defective item back to compgiant.com (at the purchasers expense). Upon receipt of the defective item, compgiant.com will inspect the product. If the product is found to be non-defective, compgiant.com will send the product back to the purchaser. The purchaser will also be billed a $50 processing fee and charged for the return shipping amount. If the product is found to be defective, compgiant.com will offer either a replacement of equal or lesser value, or a store credit. Compgiant.com also reserves the right to deny defective items completely and request the purchaser to contact the manufacturer or publisher directly. Compgiant.com is not liable for any manufacturer defects and is not obligated to accept returns in such cases. If You Receive a Damaged Product If you receive a damaged product, you may do one of two things. You may “Return to sender” immediately, by refusing the damaged package on the day of delivery. After delivery, you have 3 business days to contact us to request an RMA. We cannot offer RMA’s for damaged items after 3 business days. Stock Items at Our Discretion If you have a product that is unopened and unused that is in its original manufacturer’s condition (boxed, shrink wrapped, etc.), you may request a Stock refund. Stock refunds are given at our complete discretion. The purchaser must contact us within 90 of the original purchase date to request an RMA. Once granted an RMA, the purchaser must return the product to compgiant.com. If the product is unboxed, tampered with, or in any condition other than its original manufacturer’s state, compgiant.com may refuse it. In the event that we refuse an item, the purchaser will be billed a $50 processing fee and charged for the return-shipping amount. Taxes Taxes may be configured with your order to comply with state and federal laws. By purchasing from compgiant.com, you assume all liability for taxes added to your order. Taxes are completely disclosed to all purchasers and will never be billed without acceptance of your prior confirmation during checkout. Waranty Compgiant.com makes no warranties whatsoever (expressed or implied), for any purchase. Products purchased from compgiant.com may be subject to the individual warranties of the manufacturer, but compgiant.com and its affiliates offer no such warranties. All items on compgiant.com are purchased on an “As Is” basis with no guarantees. Billing/ Shipping Errors In the event of a shipping or billing error, you may contact compgiant.com to request an RMA within 30 days of placing your initial order. Shipping/ billing errors include lost shipments, receiving an incorrect item, and other related situations. If there are any billing discrepancies with prior authorized returns, the purchaser must notify us within 90 days of receiving an RMA. The purchaser must also adhere to our Sales Terms and Conditions policy.
