The Sabrent USB Type-C to 5G Ethernet Adapter (NT-C5GA) takes a page from our popular USB to Ethernet adapters and adds higher, reliable speeds with the convenience of a Type-C connector. The adapter’s body is made with an aluminum alloy to improve physical durability while allowing for superior heat dissipation during sustained operation. Plug it into your USB Type-C host port - preferably 10Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2x1) or faster for the best performance - and a network port of your choice.

Even better, the adapter is bus-powered for convenience and is backward compatible with slower cables, hosts, and network equipment. This means auto-negotiation for Ethernet (10Mbps), Fast Ethernet (100Mbps), gigabit Ethernet (1GbE), and multi-gig (2.5 GbE) at up to full duplex. Add fast and reliable wired networking to any USB Type-C host at home or on the go. We recommend a CAT 5e or higher quality cable for the best experience up to and potentially beyond 100 meters.
