Data Extraction and Image Capture
Reads data from US and Canada drivers licenses, Mexican consular cards, passport cards, and barcodes including barcodes displayed on mobile devices when using the Plustek SDK. Also captures images of documents smaller than 3.5" x 2" including IDs, insurance cards, healthcare cards, and membership cards.

Driving License Recognition
SecureScan X-Cube 1000 captures IR and UV images in addition to visible light images. This imaging technology allows ID readers to detect security features in identity documents, such as UV fluorescent patterns and infrared-reactive inks, enabling system integrators to use the images for further investigation and cross-references.

Reads drivers' licenses from 50 US states, 10 Canadian provinces, Mexican consular and passport cards. Complies with AAMVA Driver's License Standards and ICAO Doc 9303 Specifications for Machine-Readable Travel Documents.
